I-278 to Clove Rd. Exit. North on Clove Rd to Victory Rd.. Left on Victory Rd.. Staten Island War Memorial Ice Rink is off of Victory Rd..

From the Verrazano Bridge:
Cross Verrazano Bridge and follow Service Rd. (narrow road north) to Clove Rd. Turn right on Clove Rd. and proceed to Victory Blvd. Turn left on Victory Blvd. and proceed 1 block to arena on the right. Look for large round building in Clove Lake Park.
